Film Victoria today formally launched the two projects selected for support in the 2003 round of the Short Film Fund. 'Parts of a Horse' and the animated short 'Clara', were screened during a celebration at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image in Melbourne.		Both films were warmly received by industry luminaries who attended the event. Sandra Sdraulig, CEO of Film Victoria, wished the filmmakers every success on the festival circuit.
