Following her participation in a ten week screenwritng workshop at UCLA, Annie Hauxwell signed an agreement with the instructor, Tim Albaugh, and Sean Sorensen of Popular Films, to develop her script 'Stranger'.

Tim Albaugh is an alumnus of the UCLA Graduate Program in Film and Television where he was the recipient of the Jack Nicholson and William Froug Screenwriting Awards. Tim has sold or optioned scripts to various studios and production companies. He wrote the film "Trading Favors," starring Rosanna Arquette, Devon Gummersall and Cuba Gooding, Jr.

Tim’s students have sold scripts to numerous producers and production companies including John Cusack’s New Crime Productions; The Coen Brothers, Michael Bay, Wendy Finerman, and all the major studios and television networks.
Sean Sorensen, Tim's producing partner, was offered a six figure deal by Warner Bros in July 2003 to write and Executive Produce 'Sealand', a feature about the smallest country in the world.

Sean and Tim are currently attached to a number of projects in development in Los Angeles.
